The law firm of Mullins & McMillan, P.A. was formed in July 2004 by partners Jeffrey A. Mullins and Joseph C. McMillan. The firm was founded to provide legal assistance and defense to Employers, Insurers, Self-Insurers and Third Party Administrators in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and General Liability. The Firm expanded its practice in 2008 with the addition of a commercial and creditor’s rights practice for small business and financial institution clients enabling us to provide more services to existing and new clients.

Mullins & McMillan, P.A. is located in Overland Park, Kansas, providing excellent access to the Courts in both Missouri and Kansas. This is important for our clients because the firm offers representation to many of our clients throughout the entire States of Kansas and Missouri in Workers’ Compensation, State, Appellant and Bankruptcy Courts. We handle claims venued in throughout both States, handling cases from as far west as Liberal, Kansas and as far south and east as Kennett, Missouri. By covering these areas our attorneys have gained an invaluable knowledge of the Judges in both States and have a wide range of experience to guide them in the handling of their cases. [ More ]
