Jeffrey A. Mullins is a Partner with the law firm of Mullins & McMillan, P.A. in Overland Park, Kansas. His primary area of practice is Insurance Defense. Mr. Mullins splits his time defending Employers and Insurers in Workers Compensation and handling General Liability and Employment Law for Employers and Insurers. Mr. Mullins has successfully tried cases in both Civil and Workers’ Compensation Courts in the states of Missouri, Kansas and Illinois. He has also appeared before the Kansas Board of Appeals, the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and the Courts of Appeal in Kansas and Missouri

Mr. Mullins is admitted to practice law in the states of Kansas, Missouri and Illinois. Prior to becoming a partner with Mullins and McMillan, Mr. Mullins was the managing partner of the Kansas City office of Moser & Marsalek out of St. Louis. Mr. Mullins has spoken and moderated seminars dealing with workers compensation and insurance defense.
