Paul M. Foltz is an Associate Attorney with the law firm of Mullins & McMillan, P.A. in Overland Park, Kansas. His primary area of practice is Insurance Defense. Mr. Foltz spends the majority of his time defending Employers and Insurers in Workers Compensation matters. He also handles General Liability and Employment Law matters for Employers and Insurers. Mr. Foltz attended Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas from 2003 to 2007 where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management.

Mr. Foltz attended Washburn University from 2009 to 2012. While at Washburn, he earned both a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also practiced law as a Legal Intern in the Washburn Civil Litigation Law Clinic in 2011.

Mr. Foltz is admitted to practice law in the states of Kansas, Missouri and Colorado. He elected to place his Colorado license on Inactive Status after passing the bar in 2012. Prior to becoming an Associate with Mullins and McMillan in 2017, Mr. Foltz practiced in the areas of Products Liability Defense and Real Estate Transactions.
