Juliann W. Graves is a senior attorney with the Law Firm of Mullins & McMillan, P.A. in Overland Park, Kansas. Her primary area of practice is representing businesses and financial institutions in all facets of their credit and collection matters in both state court and bankruptcy. Ms. Graves’ practice also includes defending Employers, Insurers, Self-Insurers and Third Party Administrators in Workers’ Compensation matters in the States of Missouri and Kansas. In addition Ms. Graves serves as the Guardian Ad Litem for the Circuit Court of Clay County, Missouri.

Ms. Graves obtained her undergraduate degree Cum Laude, from Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri in 1985 with a B.S. in Political Science. She graduated from UMKC Law School in 1988 with a J.D. where she served as the Business Editor of the UMKC Law Review. Ms. Graves has over twenty years of experience in the area of creditor’s rights practice including litigation, bankruptcy, construction/mechanic’s liens and foreclosures. She is a frequent lecturer at regional seminars on these topics. Ms. Graves is currently a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Johnson County Bar Association and the Clay County Bar Association where she served as president for 2011. She actively supports the Clay County CASA program, having volunteered for over 22 years. She also serves as a volunteer trainer and is current Vice President of the Friends of Clay County CASA Board.
